Virtual Assistant Services

$30 per hour with a 1 hour minimum   Additional time at ½ hr increments

 

Monthly Retainer Packages

10 hours                             $300

20 hours     save 10%        $540

30 hours     save 15%        $765

40 hours     save 20%        $960

Additional packages based on multiples of above price listings

 

Planning and Consulting

$75 per hour with a 1 hour minimum   Additional time at ½ hr increments

 

Event Planning Package (based on 100 or fewer guests)

$640 includes:

• 1 hour planning session
•  Agenda
• Guest list
• Invitation or ticket design and distribution
• Place cards and nametags
• RSVP management including fee receivables if required
• Email reminders
• Follow up letters or feedback forms
• Detailed checklist for event requirements

 

Additional event management services available:

Rates to be negotiated based on services required

• Venue and Food procurement
• Set up and Clean up of venue including decorating
• On-site event management
• Auction fundraising, gift bag assembly, etc.

 

All event planning services can also be purchased a la carte.  A detailed quote based on your specific planning needs can be provided at no charge.

 

Professional Organizing

$60 per hour with a 1 hour minimum   Additional time at ½ hr increments

 

Get Organized Package

$540 includes:

• 1 hour on site consultation
• 3 hours on site space planning and office organizing (based on one contained office)
• 1 hour filing or information system start up plus complete instructions for completion
• Detailed office efficiency and time management strategies
